Egyptian train crashes with school bus, 47 killed

CAIRO, Nov. 17 (Xinhua) -- A train crashed with a school bus in southern Egypt, leaving more than 40 children killed, official Ahram-online reported on Saturday. So far, there have been 47 people killed and 13 others injured, with the injured sent to Asyut University Hospital, according to the Health Ministry. The armed forces dispatched a plane to Asyut to transfer the injured to the hospital. The crash took place in Asyut governorate at around 8:00 a.m. ( 0600 GMT).
